    The Committee on Labor moved to amend the bill as follows:

    On page seven, section one, line six, after the word “He” by striking out the words “or she”;

    On page seven, section one, line nine, after the word “He” by striking out the words “or she”;

    On page seven, section one, by striking out all of subdivision (3) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision (3), to read as follows:

    (3)(a) He or she is able to work and is available for full-time work for which he or she is fitted by prior training or experience and is doing that which a reasonably prudent person in his or her circumstances would do in seeking work; or (b) if the individual’s work from which he or she was separated was part-time and he or she is able to work and is available for work for which he or she is fitted by prior training or experience for at least the number of hours that the individual worked for that employer in the month before the individual’s most recent separation from that employer and is doing that which a reasonably prudent person in his or her circumstances would do in seeking work;

    On page seven, section one, line twenty-one, after the word “He” by striking out the words “or she”;

    On page seven, section one, line twenty-five, after the word “He” by striking out the words “or she”;

    On page eight, section one, line seven, after the word “He” by striking out the words “or she”;

    On page ten, section three, line twelve, after the word “in” by inserting the words “subsection (a),”;

    And,

    On page twelve, section three, line ten, by striking out the word “or” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “and”.
